Terms & Conditions
1. Bookings & Payment

- Proof of payment is required to confirm bookings.
- Full payment is due at least 7 working days before the event.
- Transport/delivery is charged per location.
- Quotes are not secured without a deposit.
2. Minimum Orders
Minimum order: 30 servings (excluding grazing boxes). Orders below the minimum will still be charged at the minimum rate.
3. Charcuterie Cart Service Duration
- 3-hour service: 30 min setup + 2.5 hours active service.
- Extra time: R1,200/hour (if available).
- Maintenance fee may apply for extensions.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Cancellation >7 days: 40% fee applies.
- Cancellation ≤7 days: No refund.
- Cancellation ≤48 hours: No refund.
- Refunds (if applicable) processed within 7–10 working days.
5. Leftovers
Leftovers will be packed for the client. We are not responsible for storage or handling after handover.
6. Branding
- Charcuterie Cups include free branding.
- Cart branding is available at an additional cost or supplied by the client.
7. Customization
Orders are based on your menu selections. Ensure all preferences and POP are submitted on time.
8. Dietary Requirements & Halaal-Friendly Service
- We offer vegetarian, nut-free, no-pork, and halaal-friendly options.
- Pork is included in our standard menu. Please request alternatives when booking.
- We’re not halaal-certified but offer product transparency upon request.
9. Liability for Damages
Clients are responsible for damages to KAZA property, including boards, glassware, or display items.
10. Pricing & Seasonal Availability
All pricing is subject to seasonal changes. Quotes are valid only until the invoice due date.
